Html export enhancements

HOOPS Publish provides your application with the ability to convert to a variety of different CAD file formats. It also gives your application the ability to export your CAD data to 3D PDF and HTML files. In HOOPS Publish 2022 enhancements have been made to the HTML Export feature including improved quality and fidelity with 3D PDFs.
