Our "Standard" model represents a common framework we have used for a wide array partners in the past. It is not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all model for all of our partners. We will learn about your unique needs and position to help find the best pricing model for you.
With that said, this pricing information is intended to help you get a baseline and provide a starting point for your conversations with us. The exact cost of licensing a CEETRON SDK is going to vary significantly based on many factors. Some things that can influence your final costs include your company scale, distribution model, projected sales, and more.
While ou pricing may vary, it usually includes two parts that are important to understand - the partnership fee and the distribution fee. The partnership fee begins the day you sign a contract with us, and the distribution fee begins when you start to ship your application. The total cost of working with us is the partnership fee for the toolkits you choose plus the distribution fee.
Partnership Fee
The partnership fee gets you access to everything you need to develop your application with our CEETRON toolkits. This includes the SDK themselves, access to support, co-marketing activities, and our entire team, including consulting engineers, your own Partner Development Manager, and our executive team.
CEETRON SDKs have a partnership fee of 33,000 USD each. The partnership fee will grow at 3% per year, from the time you sign your contract with us.
Distribution Fee
The distribution fee is the part of our pricing that is going to change the most depending on your circumstances. We will take a look at your products' expected pricing, volumes, distribution model, and more, and then work with you to determine what a good fit is.
We have a minimum distribution fee of 20,000 USD annually for all of our products, including the CEETRON product line. To be clear, this is a minimum and may vary significantly based on your needs, scale, usage, and more.
This fee will grow with your company. We can also tie the growth rate to the anticipated growth of your company, depending on your needs and preferences.
